HiHat, Inc. is the parent company of the Percussion Center, HPCustom Drums, and WorldMax.us. As president, Donna overseas a business that includes a retail store specializing in drums and percussion instruments, manufacturing facility for custom drumsets, music teaching program and import division for drum pedals, stands and hardware.
One of only a handful of women business owners in the music retail business, she has taken on challenging business opporutinities and turned them into success. She has developed a strong internet presence, established a growing email program, implemented band camps for children and adults, doubled the size of their teaching program, generated television, newspaper and magazine media coverage, and has spoken at the industry's national convention several times.
A member of the Five-Star Drum Shop network, the Percussion Center has been designated as one of North America's leading independent drum shops. The Percussion Center is the retail division selling musical instruments to drummers and percussionists of all ages and levels. Having dabled with music most of her life, she plays the drums in the Percussion Center Staff Band.
